Our #cat-roulette channel offers a chance for members to get connected & network in the community.
Since February 2021 we’ve been using the Slack app Donut to match members who are part of the channel and about 600 new intros are made every year!
How it works
Every other week you get paired up with other randomly selected CATs who are also in the channel and have chosen the same region preference as you. If you’d like to participate, join the channel, pick your region and get matched with other CATs every other week! It’s a nice way to get to know other CATs, and you can start and stop at any time.
If you want to opt-out and stop being matched with other CAT members, you have a variety of options: you could snooze intros until a certain future date, opt-out of intros but stay in the channel, or leave the channel altogether. More on how to do all of these here.
